It is the accomplishment of the tasks and targets that one sets.
INTENT
(The objective of the facilitation process is to help each participant explore the topic for himself, individually and independently. Following are some of the objectives of the session.)
To understand what is success

To analyse what determines success
To explore whether one’s success impacts oneself, people, nature and environment, things or situations
To explore whether success is own or any external factors contributes to one’s success
To analyse how one responds to success , how one responds to failure
To explore how others respond to one’s success, how others responds to one’s failure
To explore whether it is possible to succeed even after failure
To explore how one manages one’s success and failure
